I agree that the white sack is a Pineapple Sponge. It is a little more squat than most and agreed, smoother but it does seem to have very small hairs. The hole area looks very sponge like. Compare these two photos. The first is a blow up of your guest and the second one is a regular Pineapple Sponge.

As to the second, mystery guest, it seems to react very quickly to a perceived threat. It may be Aiptasia, but it is impossible to tell what it is as you can only see the 'tentacles'.
