What other addition to CUC?

Currently my clean up crew consists of 10 nassarius snails and a scarlet cleaner shrimp. Im starting to see green algae and brown algae start to develop on my live rock. The snails i have now like to keep in the sand or glass, never go on the rocks. My rock work is not glued or held together in anyway though so i don't want anything too large that will knock things around, so no turbos or anything large.. I know hermit crabs would be good but wouldn't they just slowly kill off my snails? Thought if i could find a nice snail that grazes the live rock i could get 3 or 4 to handle the live rock while the nassarius snails take care of the sand bed. What do you guys think? i would prefer something that can flip itself back up so I'm not having to do it myself lol.

Whatever you guys have experience with best throw at me!

You could add some ceriths and they will crawl on rock, but I'm not sure a CUC alone will resolve all algae issues, it's often a combo of things that help deal w/ that, good water and WC's, skimming, nutrient export from macro's or other means.

Thanks for the reply! i did some research on ceriths and many people said they tend to stay in the sand and glass as well, not so much on the live rock. Do you have any experience with them personally?

I personally always have ceriths, along w/ nerites, astreas, nassaurius, trochus.
There are 2 types of ceriths I'm aware of, and I usually get the smaller ones, which do tend to go everywhere including rock.
Trochus are self righting, maybe a couple might be a good add, your tank is small so not many needed if you do

If you can ensure you get a tropical one, 1 turbo snail. These things are bulldozers make sure frags are glued or secured well.

If algae levels wont keep it fed, add a nori sheet to the glass every now and then.

Dont do more than 1 in 20 gallons though.

they do a pretty good job, in fact i probably could use a few more..One issue with them is they are like a mac truck they will plow over anything in their way...
