What other treatment for white stringy poop?

So I have been treating prazipro for 3 weeks and my clownfish still has white stringy poop. What else can I treat him with?

Now some of my other fish in other tanks seem to have the same thing going on. All are still eating fine. I'm sure I caused the contamination as I am constantly doing things in and around all 4 tanks. I treated all 4 with Prazi, but if this 1 isn't changing I assume all will react the same way.

White and stringy poo "can" be an indicator of internal parasites. But there's more. Does the fish eat like it's constantly hungry and does it appear that the stomach is "pinched" and the fish is losing weight?

Fish appear healthy, eat fine.

You want to use Metroplex. You can dose the hospital tank (passive), just following the instructions on the bottle. The best way is to try and get the fish to ingest so the metro can get in his belly where the parasites are at. Put the metro in the food and use Seachem focus to bind it to the food.

Is this ok to use in a tank with coral? I have 4 tanks and want to treat them all. I have different coral in each one. I won't be using a hospital tank.

Metroplex is reef safe but I would advise against using it in your display.
