What parameters does everyone use?

What parameters does everyone try to use in there mixed reef tanks? I'm looking to get the best growth and color out of my corals. My Tank is a 120 gallon mixed reef with only a couple sps frags. I have a 30 gallon sump with chaeto, dragons breath, and a couple more macros and run a reactor with phosban. Just wanted to no what everyone else runs there's at?
