So I'm curious about what parameters I should be shooting for in my LPS/Softy tank. I check my water at least 2 times a week, sometimes more and they are always stable in these numbers:

Salinity - 1.025 - 1.026
PH - 8.2
Alk - 8.6
Nitrates ~ 2 - 10
Phosphates ~ 0.1 - 0.4
Calc ~ 470
Mag ~ 1400

Everything seems to be happy and growing but I constantly see people saying to keep phosphates near .02ish.

If it is not broken - do not fix it. If your corals are satisfied with your phosphate readings - just ignore people that´s not are satisfied if they do not live in your tank :D:D

Sincerely Lasse
