What part of cycle is this?

So I’m guessing this is part of a cycle the tank is going through. Parts of my sand are purple, there’s this on the rocks, and I keep getting orange algae in little spots on the tank. Help?

That kind looks like cyano... I'd check your nutrients.

Looks like Cyano, normal part of cycling. Clean it off with turkey baster or long pipette.
