What po4 kit to believe and nitrate problems?

Red Sea vs hannah

So i invested in a hannah url phosphate kit. I was using Red Sea phosphate pro.

To my surprise my Hannah reads 0.23ppm while my Red Sea reads 0.02ppm.

I have some problems regarding nitrate (wont go down from 25ppm) and phosphate (didnt go above 0.01 for months even with dosing) Which one should i believe? And how to correct the nitrate problem?

Had sim issue with Salifert and Hannah. To me, actual numbers vs. colors based on human interpretation, no comparison. Hannah all the way. And it’s been consistent over time.
