What pumps do you guys for your refugiums??

Im trying to create a refugium for my nano tank. Im aiming to colonise it with saltwater seagrass so I can add nudibranches and maybe a sea sponge, but the filteration system I made could not deal with the current bio-load so I should get a 350 moray circulation pump but I would like to know how others have successfully created there refugiums.

No apology needed, are you looking to pump water up to the DT, or move water in the refugium?

I want a pump that will circulate the water from my refugium to the main tank and then back again in a loop, so that the water is constantly moving through both tanks.

Does anyone use a Aqua One Moray 480 powerhead to circulate water through both the main tank and the refugium?
are they reliable?

I don't know how powerful they are but a DC3000 would give you plenty and it's controllable.
