what r these guys good or bad

Shrimp - YouTube these swimming at night in my tank took some out placed them in a glass cup to take a video There's another kind with gold ring in their eyes but can't catch any .they seem to be working like ants pick things of the bottom and run into a hole in a rock sec later back out I'm thinking they good . Their population is growing day by day can anyone see these guys be a problem in the future ?

Thanks guys , its some kind of shrimp imo the pods swim back wards and use their legs ? These guys r much faster and swim more like a fish and have no legs like u would see on a pod

They are Mysid shrimp...
