Curious about how people with different reef tanks maintain their salinity levels? I'd also like to know about the livestock (fish, corals, and invertebrates).

I keep all my tanks at 1.0125-26. The tanks are reef or seahorse and seahorse fry when I raising the seahorses. Just easier to keep everything the same and same salt.

1.024 to 1.026 Creeps up once in a while due to heavy 2 part dosing.

Mixed reef, SPS dominate. 12 fish mostly wrasses, many inverts including 2 urchins, and 3 fighting conch, many snails, pistol shrimp, skunk cleaner shrimp, crabs, etc.

I keep my salinity at 35ppt. I am pretty anal about it. :)

I try to keep my tanks at 1.026 but if it goes up to 1.027 or down to 1.025 I don’t worry about it.
I have a mixed reef that’s a little more towards sps then any other type. My other tank is a newly setup fowlr that I may eventually start adding corals to.
