What recommendation for a 24 gallon cube?

I'm currently building yet another aquarium and this one is a 24 gallon cube. I've always used kessil but was wondering what some other recommendations would be? And if would a kessil 160we be adequate if I went that route?

PS for coral and fish. Some SPS etc.

I have a 160 over my 26gal cube. Plenty of light IMO.
