I splurged a little and got the Milwaukee MA887 Digital refractometer.

Got mine from marine depot with atc $65

Of note, is there is also a "seawater refractometer", which is calibrated for the specific ions in seawater. Is slightly more accurate than regular one.

I firmly believe the ebay saltwater aquarium ones (for less than $25) are perfectly OK as long as you calibrate with 53 mS/cm solution.

Got mine on amazon for $24 works perfectly fine. Calibrated with sybon 35ppt

I bought mine on amazon it was specifically for seawater and works PERFECTLY LOVE IT

I have the Milwaukee Digital as well and love it. I realized the other refractometers were off too by +/- 0.04
