There's a guy selling a RO/DI setup on Craigslist for $25 and I'm wondering if it's complete garbage or what. I can't find the product online. Is this worth it?

Spectrapure.com

You can never go wrong with spectrapure products especially for $25 lol

I suggest replacing all filters if you get it

Looks like an old maxpure ro 3 stage with a di add-on. Would definitely work for rodi reef water. make sure the pressure gauge works and replace the membrane and filters with new ones.

I know it's hard to judge from one picture but does it look like anything is missing? The models I'm seeing on SpectraPure's website have a very different looking RO membrane assembly...

Looks complete to me. there's also an auto shut off valve in the photo.

This unit is good to go. Just replace the filter and the DI rinse and you have a RODI unit for 25$ + filter, which are normal to replace.
