what salinity do you keep your tank at and why?

just wanted to know. ive seen people keep it high in the .026 and also low like .021, whats the reasoning behind either?

I like to keep mine around the 25. Some people have coral and fish so usually that is a bit higher. On the other hand fowlr don't need a lot of salt/

1.025. Was a bit low for a while, didn't realize it, .22 and corals looked poor. Took 3 days to get it back to .25, now everything is happy, full and looking good.
