Hey guys, looking for a container to mix saltwater in for a small tank (10g)?

I am also wondering if old seachem prime containers (5g) would be suitable for holding rodi water?

For a small tank, use a five gallon salt bucket. If you don't have a used salt bucket, pick up one of those orange five gallon buckets from HD.

Wow, 5 gallon buckets of Seachem Prime? That's a lot of Prime. :)

EDIT: Double post...sorry

I would not use the prime bucket personally. I don't know if there is an issue with it or not but I would rather be safe than sorry, besides a bucket at home depot would be cheap for a better piece of mind.

Im just talking about for getting water from the LFS and storing at my house. Getting an HD bucket today to mix salt in

I still wouldn't. But that is my opinion. Whether your mixing salt or storing water in it, the water will still end up in your tank.
