What setting should I put my powerhead on?

I have a 32 gallon biocube and a tunze 6055 powerhead. It has options for pulse, wave, etc... and I’m truly not sure what setting is the best. I don’t have fish yet, because I’m a newbie. But honestly, when I do get fish I’ll have no idea if they’ll want to be pulsed or waved all day.

Excuse the tacky little castle, the kids wanted it. I will make it magically disappear one day and blame one of the fish for it. Lol!
