What shipping company do you use?

Just wanted to get opinions as to what people feel is the best shipping service. Please include things like price point, quality of service, delays, ease of pickup and drop off etc. From what I have seen Fedex seems to be the best carrier. I have opened up a buisness account with them but I would like others opinions and experiences. A poll is included. Thanks!
