My tank has been running for 1 Month. It a 29 biocube. I jumped the gun a little and put 2 fish and a pink tip anemone. I have 21 lbs of live rock and 20 lbs of live sand. Which water test should I be doing right now.

Oh man !

Please try and return the Anenome. It will likely die. They are so sensitive.

You need to be testing for Ammonia which should be zero

Nitrite should be zero

Nitrate should be 0-20

You want to have some nitrates at first to show your tank has cycled.

Also test PH. Should be around 8-8.4

After one month adding a couple fish should be fine, but sensitive inverts like anemones need very stable water and that's not able to be achieved for at least a few months.

+1 on returning the anemone... they should be introduced in mature and stable tanks(most sugest not adding anemones for at least 6months to a year), I'd also suggest trying to return it for the time being.

According to what you want to keep in that tank, you should also test for Alk, Calcium, Magnesium for the basics on top of the ones listed above.
