What should be the flow rate

Hello everyone

how are you all. I thanks to all for helping me in my previous post and that’s why people recommend that this is the best forum to learn.
My tank dimensions are 5ft by 2 and half ft by 2 ft .

and I have 4 mp40. 2 at each side as I dream to make it a mix reef what should be the flow level I should keep and what is the height I should put both.

It all depends on your dominate coral. LPS? SPS? SOFT?

Put them all at different heights so that you get more flow in more places.

As for the power settings it's going to depend on how close the pumps are to your aquascape and livestock - That will be the determining factor -

The upper ones should be just below the level when they create vortex on max power. Lower ones can be close to the bottom of the tank if you are running bare bottom, but higher if you have sand.
