I am looking for a single fish that isn't tiny and preferably stays somewhat out in the water column (dither). I am somewhat annoyed that all my fish love swimming in the rocks, not generally in the water column unless they are begging for food. Also, should I get an acclimation box?

I have a 4'X2'X21" tank (Waterbox 150.4) with a good bit of rock and good flow. Mixed reef ~1yr old tank that seems to be maturing. SPS/LPS are growing well for the most part.

Current stock (that aren't snails or hermits) - everyone seems to be getting along:
Tomini tang - doesn't seem too bossy, likes scooting around the rock.
Midas Blenny - very chill sits in rock looking around unless begging for food
Springerii damsel - completely docile
2 chalk bass (captive bred - highly recommend them FWIW, docile)
ocellaris clown pair (typically out an about near the bottom, mind their own business)
royal gramma that I rarely see and that never moves much
cleaner shrimp
couple of tuxedo urchins.

Thinking a single lyretail anthia (I generally feed frozen 3X per day for the blenny). Is that a good choice or do you have any other suggestions.

Also considering one-spot foxface (my original jumped before I had a screen on top). Not feeling the wrasses due to the shrimp, lack of substantial substrate (melanarus), and bad experience with flashers (I'm 0 for 2).

Orange spot rabbit, or is that a little too big?

Looking for hardy, not too expensive, and active but not aggressive
 
When I shop local fish stores I am always looking at what they have and use my phone to determine the answers to the questions you are asking.

Find a good one and add it. I have lots of stores around me and I don't like to purchase fishes from a website unless they are WYSIWYG and those are generally Way-more expensive (unless you are looking at captive bred specimens).

Your tank sounds like it can provide a great home to another fish. Undercrowded is generally a great choice for fishes health.

Thanks. I have a credit from dr reef and had bad luck with a wrasse, so trying something else. Nothing dr reef did, most of my fish are from there. Wrasses just shipped poorly.
