What should i direct feed my zoas?

I have a few questions.
1. Will zoas react to direct feeding.
2. If so what should I feed them.
I know zoas don't need direct feeding I just want to do it for fun if they react.

Thought milk was for calcium for SPS only?

Careful with ReefRoids - can cause phosphates to spike. Prefer Coral Gumbo and phytoplankton instead.

The aquarium is 1 gallon so nutrients can build up quickly, thankyou.

Reef roids does raise phosphate without a doubt, just be carefull w/ it. In a 1 gallon I would be extra careful. Benereef doesnt seem to raise nutes like roids does tho from what I can tell, could be wrong tho
