Tank has been cycling for 6 weeks now. Here's the test results with high nitrates and high nitrites. Any suggestions

I would do a partial water change and add some bacteria in a bottle, I like Microbacter7, Brightwell. If you do not want to add any bacteria in a bottle do a simple water change and allow the tank more time.

I now have 3 snails, 2 hermits, 1 emerald crab, and 2 clownfish. All happy and healthy going on a month and a half now. O and a toadstool coral.

Ugh, I hated waiting on the cycle! Patience is a virtue many of us have to remind ourselves here. It is excruciating....
As a side note, it looks like your results are legit, but make sure you vigorously shake the chem bottles prior to doing the test. I waited longer than necessary because I had thought my results were correct and it was actually that the reagent needed to be shaken better.

What kind of biological filtration do you have? Do you have rock (dry or live?), media, bare-bottom tank or sand?

Tell us a little about your system please.

Do a small water change and maybe some prime it will neutralize everything

Well if just cycling and no fish are in system no need to neutralize.... you can add more bottled bacteria or just wait it out... you're getting there!
