What should I do with this algae?

I’ve been cycling my 150g for about 3.5 weeks and I noticed to day that red algae is starting to grow. Should I add any sort of life to eat it before it starts to grow too much? Or should I do a water change? I’ve never dosed anything in this tank yet by the way.

I don’t see anything concerning, I’d leave it be until you’re done cycling then add cleanup crew. That’s a mighty deep sand bed!!
