I'm not sure what kind of coral this is, I would like to know uf I should leave it the way it is or Frag? ( I think that's the term to use)? If I'm to frag, how do I do that?

Thank you

You could leave it as is, fragging it could stress it out, but leaving it could result in it being overrun with algae. If you choose to frag it, get some bone cutters or a dremmel and cut the dead heads off of the main colony. I'm not sure the best course of action. @encrustingacro?

it looks like a hammer or frogspawn, but its dying. You can cut off the dead branches if you want, if you leave it, eventually stuff will grow on it.

Don't use bone cutters if you do frag it.
A dremel with diamond blade or wet saw is the way to go.

It seriously looks like it's struggling. How long have you had it?

I was given this tank. It looked worse than that when I got it. It was found laying in the sand at the back of tank, when we were emptying it to move it. I really don't know how old but not older than 6 years.
