I think I would turn it into an NPS tank.

You could do a clown anemone tank. A softy tank with cool mushrooms and zoas. Either would be cool and simple.

Oh and yes a 60g is good for dwarf angels and they are good with mushrooms, zoas and anemones.

It would work for many people but i dont know that I want to deal with a bunch of clowns, maybe just a pair or so.

Option Two with a Pizza Anemone and either Clarkii Clowns or baby Domino Damsels.
Option One also sounds pretty cool, with maybe an Upside Down Jellyfish and some Mangrove Crabs (they do require some land though, so you'd have to switch it up into a sort of paludarium).

i have never heard of them called pizza nems, but i googled them and we always call them maxi/mini nems. this is exactly what i had in mind for option 2.
