What should I feed???

I would like to try and get away from the usual mysis shrimp, shrimp pellets and cyclopeze and try out some new stuff for my tank.

I currently have a mixed reef, more heavy on the SPS side and would like something that benefits the corals as well as the fish.

If you could give me a list of some good quality things that you have used I would greatly appreciate it.
