Okay so I’ve been feeding brine shrimp for 6 months I have noticed there has been some growth. Not as much as possible tho. I’m thinking of switching to a pellet or flake to help grow? Is that the right approach. I want them to stay fat and happy still. And I wanna feed less I think it is causing algae growth my phosphates are not terrible but there in there. So I want to feed enough so everyone is getting fed full. And gonn grow

Tank listing
Maroon clown (my baby)
Yellow tang
Scooter blenny
Dwarf flame angel
Melanarus wrasse
Arc eye hawk fish
Sand sifting goby
Yellow watchman
Fire red shrimp
Tiger pistol shrimp
kAmari blenny
And a starry blenny

LPS dominated tank

I was thinking maybe omega one. But I’m not sure which I should feed. Flakes or pellets? Or a diffrent kind of food or brand or should I stay with brine. May the people of R2R help me

I think it's good to feed a variety. I have an automatic feeder for pellets every morning, and feed a blend of mysis, carnivore diet, and R.O.E at night. And then a few times a week I try to give some seaweed.

+1
I have read that brine doesn't have much nutritional benefit but I haven't researched that myself. I feed mysis, a blend with spirulina/brine/mysis, sometimes brine and spectrum pellets. My tangs haven't taken to the pellets yet though. I haven't tried the flakes but imagine they would be a bit messier. I also tried the formula 1 pellets but they sank faster than they could be eaten. Whenever I feed though I try to do a little at a time to allow most of it to be eaten.
