What should I use in these sections?

Picked this up for cheap. It's going to run in my garage. I do have a 30 long that I'm going to work in as a sump, eventually. However. I just want to use the AIO section and get running. Lagoon love. Any help on what to do with the compartments?

You could sure. Something custom like this will require custom solutions. You’ll probably be making a media rack for your initial chamber.
