What should my lighting schedule be?

Running a 20 gallon IM AIO reef tank, lps dominated at the moment and one toadstool leather and acropora. I have a Kessil a160WE almost one foot above the tank, and have the kessil controller but dont know what I should set the program to. Currently running maximum intensity at 15 since I dont want to overdo the lighting as I’ve read underdoing the light has less consequences.

I would slowly increase the max setting. They claim that the color knob is just for our own eye aesthetics. Coral can adapt to more light, just increase it a little each week.

Someone else can give you hours and what not. But make sure when you set it, your favorite lighting (blues/whites etc) are on when you are home to view it most
