What should my lighting schedule look like?

I would like some tips on what my lighting schedule should be like. I have a Dolphin Led Aquarium Light and want to set it up correctly.

Start the blues first, and they end last.

Set the color ratio you like to a 6-8 hr peak in the middle.

Start the peak a little lower % to acclimate and then just adjust the peak intensity or time.

It doesn’t need to be fancy.
