What size aquaclear for 10 gallon QT

I am setting up a 10 gallon fish qt tank. My question is what size aquaclear filter should
I buy? 20 or 30? Want to balance having a good gph turnover with not stressing fish with too much flow.

By the way the display tank is only a nuvo 10 so my Qt will actually be larger than my DT

I would go with the Aquaclear 50 for a 10 gal QT.

You can always turn the flow down, if needed.
