I just retired three jager 250s after ten years. Replaced with three 300's.
I agree with Diesel.

I have a finnex deluxe 300 watt titanium heater with controller and love it. Its also way shorter than any of the comparable wattage heaters I have found which was perfect for me fitting into the tight space i had in my sump.

Ok my next question would be do i put both in sump or 1 in tank by overflow?

This is up to you. Most people put the heaters in their sumps to keep them out of sight. The only benefit to putting a heater in the DT would be in case you had a failure of your return pump for an extended period of time such as if you were on vacation. If your heaters are only in your sump, in the above scenario your tank would go unheated until the return pump was fixed/replaced.
