What size micron for copepod cultures?

What size would be needed for Tisbe, Tigs and apocyclops?

Not only for collection to add to the tank but also when it comes time to do a water change too!

Will that pull out the babies or just the adults? Just so I know what happening lol I don’t quite understand the sizing on the microns

I've cultured the three that you mentioned plus a couple of others, and I've always been able to restart the culture from scratch . So I don't know if it catches all the babies, but it catches enough to restart my cultures.
