what size pump?

Hi guys Im setting up 4ogl cube and need some ideas what is good return size pump to get it will be in sump and must be really quite, from bottom of the sump to top of the rim is 53 inches.
I was going to buy
Eheim 1250 Pump

Actual flow of 160 GPH is all you need to be targeting.

That makes this pump about perfect.

I would suggest using either 3/4" or 1" PVC for the return vs smaller 1/2".
