So I'm upgraded and in the process right now of building a 75 gallon tank just wondering what size sump can I use and any suggested brands out there? Bought the tank already have lights, have live rock pretty much need the rest. Thanks for the advice guys! Here's the tank

I put an Eshopps RS200 under my 90 gallon. Works great. Has two filter socks. Very quiet.

I built the sump for my 75 using a 29 gallon Petco tank. A local glass shop cut 4 baffles for less than $20. I bought a CPR aquatics Sock-It to hold the filter sock and drain line. I've been pleased with it so far.

I wanted to use a 40 breeder but it won't fit under my stand.

Well that depend how much you willing to spend for a sump
You can go cheap or expensive but it will work the same IMOP

I'm thinking $400 for my limit on the sump.

You could get a smaller Trigger system sump, also the Skimz sumps are really nice and in your price range. Eshopps are well known why people suggest them, but Trigger and Skimz sumps are leaps and bounds nicer with more features. I'm looking at a Skimz right now with built in probe holders, adjustable water height chamber, built in dose holders and build in ATO chamber. You could also get a custom sump made by one of the sponsoring acrylic manufacturers on the forums such as @AmericanAquariums

I will check into the skimz I like the sound of that.

Eshopps RS-200 Reef Sump - 125 to 225 gallons - 30 in. x 12 in. x 16 in 210.00 from Amazon and free shipping.

Build your own. I have a 40g breeder... cost $34 to have 3 baffles made with 1/4" glass. One tube of silicone will also be enough.

This is an older eShopps R200 (gen 2) under a 75g tank. Enough room to fit everything I needed it to but lacks some of the bells and whistles of others (e.g. no probe, dose line, or heater holders). I added a magnetic probe holder but for the price, the eShopps has been alright. If there is one thing I would change, it would be the height of the sump; if it were about three to four inches lower in total height it would be a lot easier to maintain (e.g. skimmer, macro algae, return pump, etc.).

Good looking cabinet on your setup.

Thank you I thought so also I got it on Craigslist for $100 with the tank thought it was a great deal couldn't pass up and I wanted a bigger tank I will be replacing this tank for a 75 with single overflow that I have already purchased. It's in great condition the stand also.

Drilling the tanks for something like the ghost overflow is extremely easy if it isn't to late to change your mind on the tank with internal overflow (they take up a lot of room in a 75g).

I'll have to look into it haven't bought it yet.

I have a medium Trigger systems 34 on my 75 gallon tank. Fits perfectly under my stand.
I originally had a homemade on it, 30 gallon long.
Getting the Trigger systems was one of the best equipment upgrades I ever did.
Twin socks, large refugium section, deadly silent.
Great sump.

I upgraded from a DIY 20g to a Trigger Systems Emerald 34 for my 65g, love the extra water vol. I have an Emerald 39 my 150g running for 2 yrs, very little salt creep and dead silent.

So I'm finally starting the tank up guys here's the progress so far just about got all my plumbing done and I went with the skimz up39 sump, added live sand and crushed coral today adding my rock tomorrow! Then hopefully my water Tuesday to start the cycle!
