What skimmer or UV sterilizer would you recommend

Hi, please follow and like!
In my old tank I had dry rock, and it would dye red because of the marine pellets I fed my fish. This is pretty much uncleanable so I don’t want that to happen again. I have a 20 gallon tank, so is there a good UV sterilizer or a protein skimmer you could recommend? I feed my snails with pellets and the rocks are becoming red again

I don’t have a sump. I personally believe you should only have a sump for tanks over 40 gallons

No it’s a 20 gallon wide.

I'd be very surprised if the food is dying your rock red. My guess is that red is either from coralline algae of cyanobacteria.
