What Sodium Silicate to dose?

I need to start dosing silicate to help with the Dino problem but I see there is different percentage strengths and types. Can someone advise on the differences and if these are any good?

I have also come accros this which States it 40%. I cannot buy the Brightwell product here in the UK so trying to find an alternative.
