What sort of algae is this?

Does this look okay? What sort of algae is this? I’ve got two snails right now (you can tell where they have been)

does it blow away if you create current on the sand with a turkey baster? looks like dino’s or diatoms

I’m confused because I thought Dino’s had a bubble at the end and were related to ranks with zero nutrition. My tank has had 5 nitrate and 0.04 phosphate, the snails haven’t died and they are eating it as they move across the sand bed. Could it be hair algae?

not all dinos do that. but this could be early stages of it
 
Diatoms. Technically not a algae. But it will go away on its own. Make sure your using RODI water for your changes. High silicate levels can cause a bloom.
