The polyps look purple a really dark purple and then I noticed the skeleton is green in some parts. How would I go about getting it coloured up?

Do you know what this specific variant is called having purple polyps and a purple base?

Purple birds nest... Not everything has a fancy name. In my tank, it's one of the first corals to tell me something is off. It'll drop color quickly. Mine is a REALLY thin branch form of Seriatopora.

What shall I do to make it colour up other than keeping all parameters in check?

Would reef roids do?

Reef roids is just a brand of coral food, not sure if its zoo or phyto (probably both) but just about every coral will eat it. Most coral foods are pretty widely accepted, the only thing I've seen not eat are maybe star polyps and the mini zoas. Even my ricordeas will wrap up around the powders that stick or any mysis they make contact with

No fancy name for your birdsnest unless you give it one yourself. I believe the bird of paradise is an ORA coral seriatopora guttatus but same difference. I would let it settle and acclimate. Feeding oyster feast would benefit more than reef roids IME but honstley I'd let it get used to the tank and lighting. Good thing about corals is being patient and watching them color up in time, don't rush it.

Got a new picture of it the other day. It has got a lot of it's green base back, I've noticed it's only green on the top though where it's exposed to the light, will it eventually all turn green or only the exposed parts?
