What supplements to dose my tank with?

Hey guys! I currently have 2 clownfish in a 10g quarantine tank until I set up my 40 breeder. I am new to the hobby and I was wondering all of the supplements I should be dosing. I was unsure about dosing essential elements (trace elements) because I thought it was only for coral, but I am still unsure. Thanks!

this. just make sure to monitor nitrates/phosphates since you run the potential to overfeed

Thank you I just want to get opinions of different people because when I search stuff up I always get mixed results.

Not criticizing, but when someone's asking multiple related questions and sometimes the same questions repeatedly they are bound to get so many conflicting answers its going to be difficult to interpret and becomes confusing. I understand they are excited like we all have been but as we all know nothing happens fast in this hobby.
