I have 2 gen3 pro radions over my 120 gallon and I'm planning on adding an aquatic life t5 fixture to them. Would 4 blue plus bulbs be alright or is there a better bulb combination? I have an sps dominated system and currently run my radions at 100% on radiant color mode.

Yea I’d say blue plus. And really it’s the radions that will end up supplementing the T5s ;)

I was planning to run 2 blue+ and 2 coral+ when I get the Aquatic Life fixture along with a pair of XR15s. It was recommended to me by a local SPS guy to switch one of them out for an actinic.

The radiant color mode is fairly blue, so if you want to match it, I'd recommend 4 blue plus bulbs, or 3 blue plus and one coral plus bulb. Two blue plus and two coral plus will look much whiter than than the radiant color preset mode. But there's nothing wrong using all blue plus bulbs in your proposed setup.
