What Tang is this?

Hey guys, I was wondering if any Surgeon fish expert out there who can ID this one
It has blue edges above the dorsal fin and below the anal fin, yellow on the pectorals and also on the dorsal fins.

My only guess is a Ring Tail Surgeonfish - Acanthurus Blochii Valenciennes
But it has no yellow markings around the eye, so ;Dead

It was labelled thompson tang at the lfs, but the marine biologists said some of the features don't apply to a thompson, even they couldn't figure it out, in the end, it was decided as a hybrid.
I will try get a better photo!

Well, we can conclude it is indeed a Thomsoni's Surgeonfish, btw do they change their tail colors, now it just looks like a juvenile ring tail lol
