Well, my 20 year old eclipse tank that I just set up for qt has died. I like the aio concept with a lid. Would something like this work even though it’s designed for fresh? How big should QT be for a 32g DT? The one that died was a 12g. Also limited to what I can grab locally today and think I can get this.

With a 32 gallon DT you will be QT'ing smaller fish so I think this will work for you. My wife and I purchased one of these tanks and set it up as a RFA tank stocked with one exquisite firefish and two clown gobies and it seems to handle everything fine. If you planning to QT corals then you will definitely need a plan for different lights but they are fine for fish only. It's a nice little tank.

I use a 20gal long that I bought for $20 brand new at Petco (dollar a gallon sale). Paired with a heater and a HOB filter it's plenty for most of the fish I QT for a 6 foot tank. I did by the hinged glass top to prevent jumpers.

I did go for that tank. I wish it were a little bigger, but it looks great and works. Currently home to a midas blenny and a green clown goby.
