I currently have a 60 gal CAD Lights 24x24x24 and am looking to upgrade to something more substantial. I’ve narrowed my search down to 3 options that fit my needs:

Waterbox Reefer Pro 220.6
Red Sea XXL750
Red Sea XXL900

Which tank would you recommend and why?

What does RSM mean?

Red Sea marine? Seems like Red Sea based on the size.

What’s the depth on those? Will you be annoyed trying to deal with a tank deeper than 24”? I keep looking at the frag lineup from water box since they have shallower designs which can be lit more economical as well as you can actually reach the sand bed without needing grabbers.
I haven’t looked into it enough or have any first hand experience with them but the cade aquarium line seems like a very well throughout design so maybe consider them as well.

Remember to keep it fun this is an exciting upgrade!

Instead of asking us, ask yourself what you want to keep. Which system will hold it the best.
I have an 8 foot tank because I wanted to keep fish that need one.

The decision is usually dictated by time and space available as well as the species of fish you want to keep. I would personally choose a custom tank, but I think you will probably be fine with any of the choices you presented.

the Red Sea XXL 900 is 25.6” deep. Definitely don’t want anything deeper than that. I’ll check out Cade. Thanks!

This will be a SPS forward tank. I’m not concerned about limitations with fish. Custom would be nice, but these all-in-ones are more than suitable for my space and needs and would likely be cheaper than custom from what I’ve seen.

Fair enough. I would make sure you aren't settling, because in my experience I always end up with what I wanted one way or another.

Decided to go a different direction (kinda). Next tank will likely be an Innovative Marine 200 EXT. Will start a build thread once I pull the trigger.
