What the best Algae for refugium.

What would be the best Algae for a small refugium and a good light? By small I mean the center section of a ruby 39 sump.

i would go with cheato and a Kessil H80

I have heard some kinds can die and poison your tank quickly if not lit full time. But I dont know which kinds do that.

yes caulerpa can do this. I work for a service company and my boss found this out the hard way when he introduced it to a 200 gallon display tank and it went sexual. It tuns tour water white and you know have a display tank full of it. Cheato i have never had any bad luck with it ever. it grows fast and dose a great job of nutrient export. I also use it to scrub out all of the excess CO2 for my Calcium Reactor.

I think im gonna go with the cheato and the h80. Thanks for the input it make it easier to make a decision.
