What the.... empty reagent packets

Except for one packet, every single packet in the most recent box of Hanna phosphorous reagent I just purchased is completely empty. So. Weird.

Has this happened to anyone else before?

They must have really poor QC for reagents.

I have a mostly empty still-sealed Coke can. That's actually worth some money...
