What the frak are these?

Please help me figure out what these are. Good? Bad? Never seen these before. There are 2 vids.

Pods, most consider them very important and good. Most smaller fish will eat them. Especially wrasses!

There is a centipeed looking type thing I think that sticks its head out in the first vid. Its fast so its only split sexond, next to the zoaplug, then i the second vid, its like a clear slug or something

OK so I didnt see anything red, all are white or "clear"
