What the heck are these 2 critters?

I have 2 critters. One I've been seeing a lot in the rockwork. And even shed skeletons floating around. The second one has taken me completely by surprise. I've been seeing a "white" spot on my rhod. mushroom (think that's it) and thought it was damaged somehow. Then I used the zoom on my camera phone and discovered it's alive. Looks almost like a teeny crab of some sort. And it was eating, just like one of the emerald crabs eat.

Number One: some kind of pod?

Number 2: It's white and tiny and I even took a video of it.

Thanks @Tautog @Rick cowen Any idea on what kind of crab? A baby emerald? I started with dry rock so a hitchhiker could only come in on a frag

The first one is an Amphipod btw.

Hope your lucky, wait till it colors up some, it would be nice to be a Strawberry crab, I had one come in on LR
