Hello guys,

I love my reef tank, at least every week I see something new....lol
Last week I noticed few living beings in my tank, and I wold appreciate if someone can tell me what they are and if it's good or bad.
The ones on the glass are very tiny which looks like some copepods, but the ones at the sand/gravel I have no idea.

These I found in my sump, and I have no idea either.
I appreciate some input.

Isopod munnid good CUC. And aiptasia.

Amphipods and copepods on the left-good
Aptasia anemone left- bad.

With it on the sand just take a turkey baster and suck it out.

pineapple sponge in the sump

As mentioned, the one on the right is aiptasia. Very bad as they multiply really fast and take over the tank. Remove asap.
I know it feels bad to remove and waste a living animal, but if it stays you will have other inhabitants suffer and later die off from the invasion.

Thanks for all the replies!
Removing the few Aiptasias from the sand.
What about the Pineapple Sponges, I found one Sponge in the sand at the bottom of tank too.
Should leave the sponges alone?
