What the heck are these very tiny white dots?

I wouldn't have noticed them had I not been cleaning my glass, they blend in with the bubbles. These tiny white dots have legs (5-6 or more). They are VERY tiny. I notice there are a decent number of them clinging to the glass....what are they?!?! Sorry for the horrible photo!

Even with having legs? I have no snails in the tank, but they could have hitchhiked in my sand.

Hydroids. There are different kinds. Look them up.
